Magi House Antica Dimora is located in the heart of Sorrento's old town. Guests have a private entrance with a glass-enclosed elevator to reach their room, suite, or apartment.

From our central location, you can explore the entire town of Sorrento on foot, including the historic cloister of San Francesco, the bustling main Piazza Tasso, and the public gardens overlooking the sea.

For day trips to the nearby sights, the Circumvesuviana train station is about ten minutes' walk with stops in Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples. Positano, Amalfi, and other famous villages on the Amalfi Coast can be reached by the local SITA bus, which stops about a ten-minute walk from Magi House Antica Dimora.

Ferries to Capri, Ischia, and Positano and Amalfi (summer months only) depart from the port below town; the public elevator connecting the old town to the port is just five minutes away on foot.

From Naples Capodichino Airport

The Curreri bus service runs between the Naples Capodichino Airport and Sorrento, and stops in front of the Circumvesuviana train station in Sorrento. For schedules, check www.curreriviaggi.it.

You can also reach Sorrento by train from Naples Airport. First take the airport shuttle to Naples' main Piazza Garibaldi train station, and then catch the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. Trains depart every 30 minutes and the trip takes about 1h and 30 minutes.

From the train station, follow Corso Italia to Piazza Tasso, Sorrento's main square. Continue about 300 meters down Via Luigi de Maio, then Via San Francesco, and finally Via Vittorio Veneto. After 100 meters, turn left onto Via Padre Reginaldo Giuliani and and then right onto Via Accademia. Magi House Antica Dimora is located at number 20.

By Train

From the main Napoli Centrale Piazza Garibaldi station in Naples, take the local Circumvesuviana line that runs between Naples and Sorrento. By Car

From the A1 motorway either heading north or south, take the A3 exit towards the Sorrento Peninsula. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and take the SS 145 towards about 25 km along the Sorrento coast until reaching the center of town.

Parking: Guests of Magi House Antica Dimora can park at Central Parking Sorrento at the special rate of €20/day (discounted from €25-30/day). This is a private secure parking garage open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. that offers a free shuttle service to and from Magi House Antica Dimora upon check-in and check-out (shuttle bus is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). By Ferry

Ferries run from the Beverello port in Naples to the Marina Piccola port in Sorrento. From there, you can take the bus up to Piazza Tasso in 10 minutes, or take the lift (only €1,10) that takes you up to the clifftop near the church of Saint Francesco. Magi House Antica Dimora is less than a five-minute walk away.
