City Tax

From April 1^st to October 31^st, guests will be charged city tax of Euro 4,00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 continuous nights.  

The city tax is not applicable to children under 18 and must be paid in cash upon check out.

Booking conditions:
The reservation will be confirmed only if guaranteed by credit card details provided by you or through the receipt of the confirmatory deposit sent by bank transfer.
A credit card is only required to guarantee your reservation; it will be pre-authorized but nothing will be charged to your credit card except in the cases mentioned by our cancellation policy.
Room rates are inclusive of  cleaning every three days (towels, bath towels, linen change every three days) courtesy heating/air conditioning and VAT 10%.

Cancellation Policy
Best Rate only from Official Website - If you book subscribing to this offer you will be able to cancel your reservation free of charge until 7 days before date of arrival. After this deadline, the card will be pre-authorized to verify the validity; in case of cancellation or modification after this term the total of the reservation will be charged as penality.In case of no show the total of the reservation will be charged as penality.

Early booking - discount and free modification -  If you book subscribing to this offer is required a full prepayment of the reservation.You can change the dates of your stay up to 30 days before the arrival date, the prepaid total will not be refunded in case of cancellation or changes but a free voucher with credit valid for one year will be issued.
In case of no show the total of the reservation will be charged as penality.

General Information:

The room rates are inclusive of  cleaning every day, heating / air conditioning, 10% VAT.
Pets are NOT allowed.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge in parents’ bed, where a cot is required the cost is € 10 per day.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Cots are available upon request at the moment of the reservation or, in any case, before your arrival.

Check-in:
Check in time is from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Special conditions are applied on more than 7 nights reservations: at the moment of the reservation will be charged a 30 % deposit as guarantee. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification after 30 days before the check in.
